SECTION 4 – Mobile Services Tap Tile may collect certain information about mobile applications users. We will automatically collect and receive information about those users such as, but not limited to: platform type, device information, Geo-location, system informatmation, carier provider, IP adress, session information, network type, ad requests, ad impressions and advertisements clicks. We may track that information over time and over multiple publishers’ apps and use non-personally identifiable information collected from such visitors to improve our algorithm in order to determine highest performing ad networks for publishers. We may also provide reports on this information to potential and active advertisers. SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. Readers who do not intend to log in or edit may deny this cookie; it will be deleted at the end of the browser’s session. More cookies may be set when one logs in to maintain logged-in status. If one saves a user name or password in one’s browser, that information will be saved for up to 30 days, and this information will be resent to the server on every visit to the same Project. Contributors using a public machine who do not wish to show their username to future users of the machine should clear these cookies after use. SECTION 10 – CHILDREN PRIVACY Tap Tile will not knowingly collect or use personal Information to the extent prohibited by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If your apps are directed at children age 13 or under or if you are collecting information from children that you know are under 13, you must inform us by contacting us at support@adtapsy.com or by expressing it properly in our platform under app settings page. It is publisher’s responsibility under COPPA to inform all 3rd party ad networks that their app is directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should promptly contact us and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our files.
